The Sacred Self Care series of sessions is designed to offer you an in-depth guided exploration of new practices, tools, and techniques that you can incorporate into your regular self-care routine.
Sessions may be scheduled independently or as a series.
Registering for the full series is strongly encouraged. Each of these topics will build upon one another, deepening your connection to your body, breath, and energy centers.

Breast health is a vital component on the path to total wellbeing. Unfortunately, in many healing practices, this part of the body is often overlooked. Breast massage is one of the most effective and nourishing ways to stimulate your lymphatic system, maintain healthy breast tissue and musculature, and to heal physically, emotionally, and spiritually after disease or surgery.
Flush toxins through the lymphatic system – When healthy movement of the lymphatic fluid becomes restricted – whether from compromised health, surgeries, restrictive clothing like bras, or even tense posture – toxins can accumulate and lead to disease. Exercise is effective at pumping lymph fluid around every part of the body – except the breast. Breast massage clears the lymphatic channels and ensures any toxins in the breast have a pathway to leave the body.
Reduce pain – When lymph fluid accumulates in one area, it affects the whole system, causing potential pain and swelling throughout the body. By opening up the lymph channels, breast massage helps to reduce pain not only in the breast, but the entire body.
Improve range of motion – Breast massage includes muscle release techniques to open up the shoulders and chest. In those who have had breast surgeries, this can restore range of motion that has been often severely restricted. This is also extremely beneficial for anyone who regularly sits at a desk, drives a car, or works at a computer.
Increase the flow of Prana/Breath – In Ayurveda, Prana is the vital energy that gives life to all beings. When the flow of Prana is restricted, we may experience symptoms such as fatigue, unhappiness, or illness. Breast massage provides the vital function of opening up the flow of Prana in the chest, gently removing energetic blocks around the heart that might otherwise remain unaddressed.

Midwives and healers of Central America believe that a woman's center is her uterus, and that most female troubles are caused by the "wandering womb". When reproductive organs shift, they can constrict normal flow of blood and lymph, and disrupt nerve connections. Just a few extra ounces sitting on blood and lymph vessels can cause havoc throughout the different systems in the body.
Optimally, the uterus leans slightly over the bladder in the center of the pelvis, about one and a half inches above the pubic bone. It is held in this position by muscles, the vaginal wall and ligaments that attach it to the back, front, and sides of the pelvis. Uterine ligaments are made to stretch to accommodate the swelling go menstruation, a growing fetus inside, and to move freely when the bladder or bowel is full. But commonly the ligaments and muscles weaken and loosen, causing the uterus to fall downward, forward, backward or to either side.A uterus in any of these positions is called tilted or prolapsed. Modern medicine has little or nothing to offer women with this problem. Options may include using the birth control pill, muscle relaxants, or surgery and women are generally told, "your uterus is tipped, but that is normal and don't worry about it."
Well, it's not normal, and there is something you can do about it! This laundry list of physical and emotional symptoms that can be addressed and prevented with simple, noninvasive massage techniques. By shifting the uterus back into place, homeostasis, or the natural balance of the body, is restored in the pelvic area and the surrounding organs. Toxins are flushed and nutrients that help to tone tissue and balance hormones are restored to normal order. This is essential for healthy pregnancy, labor, and delivery, and for pain-less menstruation and intercourse.

Heat is medicine for the feminine body. Where cold causes contraction, heat supports opening and release. The moist heat softens the womb and the tissues, increases vital blood flow and supports your womb in releasing any stagnant blood that may have built up.
Toxins are everywhere. They’re in the food we eat, the water we drink, and the air we breathe. As such, it’s crucial that we help our bodies detoxify. Fortunately, coffee enemas are among the most effective methods of detoxing. Coffee enemas have historically been used to treat ailments ranging from cancer to depression. They are also known to:

Coffee enemas can actually stimulate the biliary ducts, causing them to open and release toxins into the intestinal tract for excretion. This session is an educational introduction to coffee enema's, as well as an individually guided enema experience, including demonstrations on how to prepare the coffee, equipment used, how to administer, and guided techniques for optimal cleansing and release.
